HVP replacement for PALL vacuum oil pufirfier
Release date:2012-11-03 Author:LEFILTER
Brief introduction
HVP series oil purifier is desined to filtering hydraulic oil and lube oil by remove water, air and dirty. It is movable or fixed for facilitate customers.
It makes oil oxidation to reduce to minimum, keeps lubricity and reduce the inclusion of air then improve the reliability and prolong the service life of system components
and oil.By reducing acid formation,it can control the corrosion in oil system.Acid is formed by the interaction between oil and prill in system.
The Pall HVP fluid conditioning purifier removes 100% of free water and as much as 95% of dissolved water. It also removes 100% of free and entrained gases and up
to 90% of dissolved gases. Particulate removal is achieved using a high Beta rated (ß5(c)=1000) Ultipor® III filter element to polish the fluid before discharge back to the
system reservoir.
The HVP can be moved from one system to another or left as a permanent installation. It is only be contacted to the 3 phase power. The HVP purifier is simply connected
to an electric supply, the inlet valve opened and “reset” and “start” buttons pressed to start the fluid purifying process.
Automatic controls, integral to the unit, constantly monitor the operation and will safely shut down the system if fluid levels and pressures are outside normal limits.
The HVP fluid conditioning purifier has been designed to be robust and reliable under the most arduous of conditions. All components are easy to maintain and filter
elements are readily accessible for change out.
